Gail Gallagher

Gail Gallagher, Native Women's Association of Canada

Gail Gallagher is a First Nations Cree woman from Frog Lake First Nation, Alberta, who currently resides in the Nation’s capital. Currently, Gail is in her last year of her Masters’ degree with the Native Studies Faculty, University of Alberta, and her thesis focuses on the sexual exploitation and marginalization of Aboriginal women and ways that Aboriginal activism works to reduce this.

Gail is employed as a Manager with Violence Prevention & Safety, Native Women’s Association of Canada.
