Melissa Wuerch, University of Regina
Melissa Anne Wuerch, MA, is a doctoral student in clinical psychology at the University of Regina. She received her undergraduate training from the University of Windsor and her MA in clinical psychology from the University of Regina. She currently works under the supervision of Dr. Mary Hampton and conducts research focusing on intimate partner violence, support-seeking behaviours, women’s health, rural and northern regions, and community psychology. Melissa is passionate about conducting research that informs pressing social issues and positively impacts communities. Her research focuses on the examination of support-seeking behaviours among Aboriginal women living in rural and northern communities in Saskatchewan, Canada.
