Katherine (Kay) Reif, Western University
Katherine completed her BSc. in Psychology from the University of Toronto and her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Western University. Currently, she is in the first year of her Ph.D. in School & Applied Child Psychology at Western, where she is supervised by Dr. Peter Jaffe. Her research interests are primarily within the realm of forensic psychology and she is interested in examining the occurrence of child homicides in the context of domestic violence. She has previously completed her internship at the London Family Court Clinic, where she worked with young offenders and at-risk youth in a variety of residential and correctional settings. She has also held various research assistant positions at Western University and the Child & Parent Resource Institute (CPRI) in London, Ontario.
